If you are looking to Buy or Sell your personal property, I am ready to help walk you through the entire process. Are you an investor? If so, I am here to help you find those equity capture deals for you when possible.
Whatever you are looking for in the residential world, I am here to help- if not, I can surely point you in the right direction through my colleagues with finely cultivated niches within specific markets from years of knowledge.
Whether you are buying, selling or leasing - you are making a significant decision that will affect every aspect of your personal life. Financially is the most blatant impact but what about; drive time to work, cost of living through utility bills, property taxes and insurance, maintenance on the property itself, lawn care? These are just a handful of the many questions that need to be considered and discussed before hand - so let's talk about them!
With that, there are a few reasons I obtained my real estate license. I bought my first home 8 years ago before getting my license. Working with an agent, I found the process confusing and convoluted. After finding the house, I decided to put in an offer - my agent simply said sign here, here and there, initial there and date that... There was no input on what the comparable houses had been sold for as to whether the pricing was fair. No discussion on the cost of property taxes or insurance cost. Nothing. Unfortunately, I didn't know any better. It's hard to know what questions to ask when you have never gone through the process. I was the guy that drove everyone crazy at closing by reading all the contract documents turning a 45 minute process into nearly 2 hours. I can say I read it but that doesn't mean I understood everything.
That, I feel, is a detriment to not just first time home buyers but our society in general that such huge financial undertakings are being made with little effort by some in the business to provide the clarifications and step by step review of what the contract, addendum & and amendments you are signing. Any document that is provided, I will review paragraph by paragraph so that the information is as clear and concise as I can legally convey.
