Howdy guys, my name is Jeremy Morgan with Abby Realty and I wanted to take a quick minute to introduce myself to those of you who may not know me and give a little context & background to who I am, where I came from and why I have ventured into the Real Estate world.
To say the current Real Estate Market is ridiculous is an understate. When a quarter of the memes floating around on social media are highlighting the extreme price jumps & lack of options, we have some serious issues. This video is to touch on a number of various aspects that are driving the market in the way it is as there is no one set reason but a multitude of event converging at once. While the national market is fairly crazy, Texas & Houston are certainly at the top of the list for exponential movement over the past year- year and a half. Music: Discover Musician: @iksonmusic
Taking a deeper dive on the crazy Texas & Houston Real Estate Market. Speaking of crazy, I'm going in depth on the the massive influx of people from California & a like. This is to give context for the rising property cost as well as justification on why they are heading this way. Let me know your thoughts and if this was as informative to you as the research was to me. Music: Kiwi Musician: Jeff Kaale
Welp... make the video Wednesday night, get sick and go to edit Friday night to find Joe extended the Moratorium an additional month even though the country is opened back up and vaccinations are in readily available to anyone.. Moratorium now looks to be pushed to July 31st opposed to June 30th. Either way, the content of the video is still applicable to provide context for those who are getting a little nervous about the chaotic real estate market and a potential impact of the (delayed again) ending moratorium & correlations we are seeing from past markets. When the media starts saying "we haven't seen these kind of numbers since the 08' housing crash..ect regarding Foreclosures & Evictions", take a step back and put everything into perspective.
